Sometimes it can be as simple as looking up. The calming beauty of a sunrise can remind us that there is more to the world than our clutter of modern human worries. Sometimes you can instead look down: a dusting of spring blossoms on your path or a tiny caterpillar moving along will draw your attention away from your to-do list.
